This position consists of ensuring that Refugee Cash Assistance is administered to eligible clients in a timely and accurate manner. This position will work with various members of the World Relief Austin team to support their direct work with refugees and other immigrants. The CMA Program provides cash assistance to newly arrived refugees, asylees, and other qualified immigrants in the United States and ensures that Refugee Medical Assistance is administered to eligible clients in a timely and accurate manner. The Case Specialist is responsible for providing and managing these services to assist clients in attaining self-sufficiency. Hybrid Schedule: Monday-Friday; 3 days in the Austin office and 2 work-from-home days.
This is a hybrid role: 3 days in office/2 work from home.
