Shell Rock Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our nursing team in Shell Rock, IA. CMAs provide person-centered care through medication administration and direct support as delegated by the nurse, adhering to state and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CMA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific certification (includes current CNA certification).
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in coordination with the resident’s care plan and facility policies.
• Assess information and perform treatments as delegated by the nurse.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
