Qualifications

• CMA certification for Iowa required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individual care plans.
• Administer medications and provide direct care as prescribed.
• Identify and communicate changes in residents’ status to physicians, staff and family.
• Ensure quality care through CMA guidelines and PCC documentation.
