Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months CMA experience.
• Current CMA certification is required.
• Strong patient-facing communication skills.
• Willing to convert to a permanent Penn Medicine position.
• Ability to commute within 30 minutes of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for appointments.
• Handle patient calls, schedule appointments, and manage records.
• Support providers with clinical and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up, ensuring timely communication.
