Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide a variety of patient care activities under supervision by a physician, APP, or RN. The role requires CMA-related certifications or completion of a Medical Assistant program and may consider related clinical experience in lieu of formal education.

The ideal candidate will have BCLS and CMA certification or NCMA certification as part of the qualifications.

Qualifications

• GED preferred or higher.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of a Nursing Assistant program is required.
• In lieu of formal education, one (1) year of medical assistant or related clinical experience is required.

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred and
