Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to join our clinical team and support physicians, APPs, and nurses in delivering high-quality patient care. You will perform routine clinical tasks under supervision and help maintain efficient clinic operations.

Required qualifications include a GED or high school diploma and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program; BLS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred and


• Graduate of an accredited an accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of a Nursing Assistant program Required or


• In Lieu of formal education program, one (1) year of medical assistant or related clinical experience Required

Work Experience

Licenses and Certifications

• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required and


• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)-AAMA Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or a similarly recognized certifying organization Required or
