Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for our Mason Primary Care practice. You will work closely with the primary care physician to deliver high-quality patient care, review and update health records, and prepare exam rooms for patient visits.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, active CMA/RMA/CCMA or ABR-OE certification, and BLS. One year of clinical experience is preferred. Join us to support compassionate care and community health in Mason, OH.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Active CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/NH... certification or ABR-OE acceptable per state rules.
• BLS Basic Life Support required at hire or before independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service in a respectful manner.
• Review and update health records and verify diagnostics and hospital reports.
• Measure vital signs (pulse, respiration, BP, weight, height).
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist physicians as needed.
• Perform clerical duties: inventory, track referrals, answer phones; troubleshoot issues.
