Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in the Magic Valley ambulatory clinics is seeking Certified Medical Assistants to join ACAP, gaining standardized training and rotating through clinics to secure a permanent CMA position.

Your work location will vary based on open positions, preference, and shift, with Full-time day shift opportunities across Primary Care and Specialty clinics. The ACAP program supports growth within St. Luke’s clinics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current BLS-CPR Certification from recognized bodies.
• National Medical Assistant certification from NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA is required.

Responsibilities

• Clinic rotations to explore different clinic positions and help inform final placement.
• Onboarding with standardized training to St. Luke’s for CMA readiness.
• Full-time day shift opportunities in Primary Care and Specialty clinics.

The Ambulatory Clinic Ahead Program (ACAP) is an exciting opportunity for CMAs to start in our hiring pool, receive standardized training to St. Luke’s and the opportunity to rotate through clinics to find a permanent position in a Magic Valley clinic that is an ideal fit. Your Magic Valley work location will vary based on current open positions and preference, including location, specialty, and shift.

• Gain experience and expertise through our comprehensive standardized medical assistant onboarding, preparing you to excel in the dynamic environment of our clinics
