Job summary

Immediate Care Walk-In Management LLC seeks a Certified Medical Assistant for the Warren, NJ location. The CMA will interview, triage patients, take vitals, document charts, and assist Providers in exam rooms. This role supports multiple sites and requires evening and weekend availability.

The position offers per diem shifts across sites, with duties including phlebotomy, injections, and maintaining clinical logs and supplies. Travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have CMA certification and phlebotomy experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient interactions.
• Ability to manage patient flow and maintain organized charts.

Responsibilities

• Interview and triage patients; measure vital signs.
• Assist Providers in exam rooms and with procedures like blood draws and EKG.
• Keep exam rooms stocked and prepare sterilization as required.
• Handle calls and maintain logs and checks (refrigerator temps, meds).
• Cross-train for patient registration and support arrival/departure flows.
