Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Medical Assistant with current certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred.
• Ability to work on a PRN basis, with variable shifts and schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the care and treatment of residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse or physician.
• Perform vital signs, administer medications, and provide basic care as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Participate in care planning and documentation as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services.
