Job summary

McAlester Regional Health Center is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide resident care under LPN supervision. The CMA administers medications, observes effects, and documents care in accordance with MRHC policies and Oklahoma regulations.

Minimum qualifications include current CNA and CMA certification in Oklahoma, CMA training, and CPR/First Aid. Preference for experience with EHR and long-term care exposure; strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Current CNA and CMA certification in Oklahoma.
• Completion of a CMA training program approved by OSDH.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications per physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the LPN and care team.
