Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA and CMA certification in Oklahoma.
• Completion of a CMA training program approved by Oklahoma State Department of Health and Nurse Aide Registry.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications per physician orders, state regs, and facility policies.
• Monitor medication effectiveness and adverse reactions; report concerns to the LPN.
• Record vital signs: temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure.
• Assist with age-appropriate resident care planning and coordinate with LPN, resident, and family.
• Communicate resident needs and changes in condition to LPN, RN, or Director.
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication to support continuity of care.
• Perform CMA duties within scope and escalate questions to supervising LPN.
