Job summary

PHD, Inc. Fort Wayne is seeking a dependable Part-Time Manufacturing Worker to support assembly, testing, and packing in our Fort Wayne facility. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and a flexible schedule within 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The position is not benefits eligible, with a maximum of 29 hours per week and occasional Saturday work. Applicants should be reliable, able to stand and lift up to 40 lbs, and comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with for-stock and for-order assembly and other entry-level manufacturing tasks
• Package and prepare products for shipment
• Perform product testing and inspection tasks as assigned
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Assist with miscellaneous shop support and special projects
• Follow all company safety and quality standards
