Job summary

Avalign Technologies Inc. is hiring a CNC Mill Machinist for our Fort Wayne, IN facility. You will set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling centers to produce precise parts per blueprints and work instructions.

We seek someone with 2+ years in CNC milling, capable of machine setups, tool changes, and basic CNC programming. This on-site role offers a path for growth in a safety-conscious, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC milling experience.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and work instructions.
• Experience with machine setups and tool changes.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and CNC program debugging.
• Operate and maintain CNC Mill machines and fixtures; perform burr removal.
• Read blueprints and inspection check-sheets.
• Use calipers, micrometers, height stands, and comparators for measurement.
• Document quality checks and monitor production using ERP systems.
• Provide feedback to CNC programmers and maintain setup documentation.
