The CMA will assist with procedures, manage exam rooms, handle patient intake, and help ensure efficient clinic operations while delivering excellent service.

The role requires 0-1 years in a medical setting or externship, CMA or NCMA certification, and BCLS.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a medical practice setting or completion of externship program.
• CMA-AAMA or NCMA certification is required.
• BCLS (ACHA/ARC/ISHI) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with clinical procedures and vital signs.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms for patient visits.
• Handle patient intake, triage, and record documentation.
• Support administrative duties like scheduling and referrals.
• Maintain organized workload and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Educate patients on medications and health topics.
