North Okaloosa Physician Group in Crestview, FL is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support patient care under the supervision of a medical provider. This role assists with procedures, preps exam rooms, handles patient intake, and helps maintain efficient clinic operations.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of experience, CMA-AAMA or NCMA-NCTT certification, and BCLS. Strong computer skills and good communication with patients and staff are required.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in a medical practice setting or externship completed.

Responsabilités

• Assist with clinical procedures, including injections, vaccines, EKGs, and wound care.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms for patient visits and procedures.
• Perform patient intake, document medical information, and report results to licensed personnel.
• Support administrative duties: pre-register patients, schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, verify insurance.
• Maintain organized workload and provide courteous, efficient service.
