CAN Community Health Inc. is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant I in Miami to join our clinical team.

The role includes phlebotomy, front desk support, and basic patient care, with schedule including full-time days and occasional extended hours as needed. The ideal candidate has an accredited MA program and CMA/RMA/CCMA certification (or able to obtain within 6 months), CPR, and 1+ year clinical experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification required or ability to achieve within 6 months of hire.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist front desk and perform phlebotomy duties.
• Take vital signs and gather medical history.
• Perform complete patient evaluation and assessment and document findings.
• Immunize patients as directed by physician.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens per protocol.
