Job summary

Vibrant Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join the team as a float, providing front-line clinical support across multiple clinics in the Kansas City area. You will assist in direct patient care, prepare exam rooms, collect specimens, document vitals, and coordinate with nurses and providers to maintain efficient patient flow.

Ideal candidates hold a certified Medical Assistant credential, CPR certification, and experience with basic lab procedures and immunization processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant Certification program, with current Medical Assistant certification.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering competent, accurate medical care and treatment to patients.
• Assist with examination and treatment under RN or provider direction.
• Prepare examination rooms and equipment for patient visits.
• Record vitals and document in patient charts.
• Conduct basic screening tests and specimen handling as directed.
