Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians and nurses with procedures as defined on competency checklist.
• Collaborates with health-care team to coordinate patient care and document history elements.
• Submit prescriptions and refills to outpatient pharmacies; ensure data is recorded.
• Maintain medical records and ensure required documentation is available.
• Keep examination rooms clean, stocked, and logs up to date.
• Perform clerical duties including greetings, registration, scheduling, and insurance forms.
• Record vital signs and screening procedures in the medical record.
