Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dependable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for the Alamance County Detention Center in Graham, NC. This full-time, day-shift position offers a competitive hourly wage ($17.00–$18.00) and benefits, with 3/4 12-hour day rotations and EVO weekends.

You will administer medications, document administration records, monitor patients, and support nurses and providers while adhering to facility policies and healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CMA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Previous healthcare or correctional experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as permitted by certification and facility protocols.
• Accurately document medication administration records.
• Observe patients and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist with medication inventory and accountability procedures.
• Support nurses and providers with daily healthcare operations.
