Sapphire Health Services in Myrtle Point, Oregon is seeking a reliable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our care team. You will administer prescribed medications, monitor residents for side effects or changes, and assist with daily living activities in a supportive, respectful environment.

The CMA will document in MAR, follow state regulations, and collaborate with nurses and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining confidentiality and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Active CMA license in state of practice.
• Successful completion of CMA training program.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and document in MAR.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to licensed nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support resident independence.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to infection control guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses and CNAs to ensure continuity of care.
