Sapphire Health Services in Tigard, Oregon, is seeking a reliable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our care team. The CMA will administer prescribed medications, monitor residents for changes, and assist with daily living activities in a warm, respectful environment.

This part-time role offers day, evening, and weekend shifts at Tigard Rehabilitation, a 70-bed skilled nursing facility. Applicants must have an active CMA license in Oregon and complete a state-approved CMA program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) license in Oregon.
• Completed state-approved CMA training program.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, topical, inhaled, and other prescribed medications per physician orders and policies.
• Document medication administration in MAR accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes or adverse reactions and report to licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with infection control guidelines.
