• Provide positioning, transfers, and transport as needed.
• Document care provided accurately and promptly.
• Promote dignity, privacy, and resident independence.
• Follow HIPAA, safety procedures, and all policies.
• Contribute to a culture of positivity and teamwork.
• Assist with self-medication administration using ALIS and medications as prescribed.
