Job summary

Muncie Power Products, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full-time assembler to perform mechanical production assembly, tests, and packaging of clutch shift PTOs. You will interpret blueprints, manage daily orders, and support distribution while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Forklift certification is required or attainable through company training. The role emphasizes teamwork, good communication, and a proactive approach to meeting production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Knowledge of metric dimensions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Flexibility to effectively adapt to changing conditions and job assignments.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and sub‑assembly work using basic hand tools.
• Interpret blueprints to construct products.
• Maintain daily assembly requirements.
• Perform final product testing.
• Lift and move light to heavy weight objects.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the distribution manager and/or lead.
• Must be able to secure and retain a forklift license.
