Job summary

Muncie Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Assembler for our FCP team in Muncie, IN. The role involves mechanical assembly, packaging hose assemblies, and preparing shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities include lifting, operating forklifts, using hand tools, following production instructions, and supporting inventory control. This on-site position runs Monday–Friday with an 8-hour shift and reports to the FCP Production Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is expected.
• Must have legible handwriting.
• Self-motivated with ability to adapt to changing conditions.
• Able to use basic hand tools.
• Able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical production assembly tasks per customer specifications.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and complete relevant paperwork.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack for material handling.
• Load/unload trucks and maintain organized stock locations.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety rules.
• Perform daily assembly and sub-assembly work using basic hand tools.
• Follow work instructions and company procedures to construct products.
