Job summary

Muncie Power Products is seeking a full-time assembler in Tulsa, OK. You will perform mechanical production assembly of clutch shift (CS) PTOs, interpret blueprints, and maintain orderly work areas.

This role requires using basic hand tools and the ability to lift varying weights, with opportunities to assist in distribution when needed. The position is based on an 5-8 hour shift, Monday through Friday, on-site in Tulsa, within the Assembly department, reporting to the Assistant Assembly

Qualifications

• Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Knowledge of metric dimensions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and tasks.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and sub-assembly work using basic hand tools.
• Interpret blueprints to construct products.
• Maintain daily assembly requirements.
• Perform final product testing.
• Lift and move light to heavy objects.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the distribution manager and/or lead.
• Must be able to secure and retain a forklift license.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will perform a variety of mechanical production assembly work to construct, package, or repair all types of clutch shift (CS) PTOs. Adjusts work-orders, maintains inventory accuracy in the area, monitors work orders for accuracy, and ensures area is kept clean and organized. Assists in distribution as needed to pull material.

• Perform assembly and sub-assembly work using basic hand tools

• Perform other duties as assigned by the distribution manager and/or lead
