Job summary

PUMA is seeking a seasoned Visual Merchandiser to elevate the store experience across its North region. You will lead store visuals, update layouts, and ensure the brand standards are consistently applied.

You will train teams, run audits, coordinate seasonal changes, and report insights to the Head Office. The role requires 5+ years in VM, a fashion design background, and strong proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fashion Communication / Fashion / Accessories / Textile Design.
• Experience designing and executing VM concepts.
• Strong portfolio of retail merchandising design.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Enhance visual representation of each Puma store by updating the look and feel of the space.
• Foster VM creativity through trainings, competitions & store audits.
• Execute campaigns, seasonal visual changes and key story roll outs.
• Responsible for all store formats- EBOs, Partner, SIS & LFR.
• Plan and share beat plans month by month.
