Job summary

Europe’s leading hotel operator is seeking a driven General Manager to lead the successful pre-opening of three properties in Athens, building and inspiring high-performing teams while ensuring brand standards and guest experience.

You will oversee daily operations, manage P&L and budgets, develop local marketing initiatives, and collaborate with international support functions. Fluency in Greek and English is mandatory; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in hotel management, preferably General Manager or Cluster GM.
• Experience leading hotel pre-opening projects is essential.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets and operational performance.
• Strong leadership with a track record of building and inspiring teams.
• Excellent understanding of hotel operations, guest experience and service.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.
• Fluency in Greek and English is mandatory; French is a strong asset.

• Collaborate closely with international support functions and local business partners across HR, Finance, Legal and Operations.

• Report directly to the Operations Director and contribute to the strategic growth of the business in Greece.
