Job summary

Blackstone Country Club in Peoria, AZ seeks a Full-Time Dishwasher to support our culinary and service teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and teamwork to maintain high standards for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Assist culinary team with keeping a clean and efficient kitchen throughout shifts.
• Properly handle and dispose of trash and recycling.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and other designated areas.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries when requested.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment safely.
• Ensure clean dishes and equipment are available to support service.
• Communicate with culinary and Food & Beverage team members regarding supplies or needs.
• Assist with additional cleaning and side work as assigned.
• Maintain a professional, respectful attitude with members, guests, and team.
