Job summary

The Powder Horn Club in Sheridan, Wyoming, is hiring a full-time dishwasher to support a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property. The role is part of Troon, contributing to a global leader in golf and community management.

The dishwasher will maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and order in the dishwashing area, complying with health regulations and supporting daily restaurant operations. Benefits include health care, retirement, and retention bonuses after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Understanding the knowledge of safety and sanitation.
• Must be dependable.
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
• Set up or break down dishwashing area.
• Clean and roll/unroll mats.
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
• Sweep/mop floors.
• Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster.
• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
• Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.
• Full compliance with the Department of Health regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
