Job summary

The Club at Starr Pass in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will help keep dishes, pots and glassware clean and organized while supporting a busy hospitality operation under Troon.

This full-time role requires reliability and a willingness to learn. You’ll perform daily cleaning tasks, stock wares, and follow safe work practices to help maintain a spotless kitchen environment in a premier Tucson property.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environment required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness including dry storage and walk-in cooler; sweeps and mops.
• Empties trash receptacles and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust.
• Stores dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Practices safe work procedures in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes dishes; cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have experience working infast paced restaurant experience.

Other Qualifications

• Regular and reliable attendance.
