Job summary

Baltimore Country Club is actively searching for hard working, enthusiastic individuals to join our Clubhouse Services team. This role focuses on the Men’s Locker Room and Welcome House, delivering friendly service, monitoring access, and keeping facilities clean and stocked.

As a Clubhouse Services Associate, you’ll provide shoeshine and spike replacement services while ensuring a safe and welcoming campus for Members and Guests.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required to report to shift times.
• Must be a quick thinker, vigilant and effective at problem solving.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle varied temperatures.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members, guests and staff with a friendly attitude.
• Monitor traffic entering and exiting the Club through the Welcome House.
• Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming campus.
• Provide shoe service (replacing golf spikes and shoeshines).
• Keep the Men's Locker Room clean, organized and stocked.
• Assist with locker room needs and guest requests.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CLUBHOUSE SERVICES ASSOCIATE:

The Clubhouse Services Associate is a versatile position that is responsible for working in the Men's Locker Room and the Welcome House. Providing both a safe and secure campus by monitoring and assessing the traffic entering and exiting Club property while in the Welcome House and maintaining a clean and well stocked locker room while working as a Locker Room Attendant.

Tasks

• Welcome and assist members, guests, and staff with a friendly attitude.
• Monitor traffic entering and exiting the Club through the Welcome House.
• Help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming campus.
• Providing shoe service to the members and guests including replacing golf spikes and shoeshines.
• Keep the Men's Locker Room clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Assist members and guests with locker room needs and requests.
• Pitch in wherever needed to help create a great experience for Members and Guests
