Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Part-Time Clubhouse Maintenance Associate to support daily operations and the clubhouse environment. You will assist with event setup and breakdown, clean restrooms, and help maintain general areas to welcome members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms, meeting spaces, and event areas according to event specifications.
• Clean and maintain restrooms in the clubhouse, golf course, and tennis facilities throughout the day.
• Perform routine cleaning of clubhouse common areas as needed.
• Complete minor maintenance and repair tasks, including: replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, basic painting and touch-ups, minor plumbing or carpentry repairs, furniture repairs and adjustments.
• Assist with moving tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance issues requiring additional repairs.
• Ensure all assigned work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with seasonal projects and special events.
• Respond promptly to requests from management and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Work Schedule

• Part-time position with flexible scheduling.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Schedule will vary based on club events and operational needs.

Preferred Skills
