Job summary

Trump National Doral-Miami is seeking a courteous Food & Beverage associate to provide service of food and beverages, take and deliver orders, and upsell items to guests.

You will input orders into the POS, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to liquor regulations. The role may involve supporting servers and performing side work.

Prior hospitality experience and Spanish language ability are preferred; six months to a year of serving experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Six months to one year of serving experience preferred.
• Additional language ability is preferred, Spanish in particular.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, upsell, and take/confirm orders.
• Input orders into POS and coordinate with kitchen.
• Deliver orders and check guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
• Assist with bussing, side work, and guest requests as needed.
