Job summary

The Madison Club in La Quinta, California seeks a Golf Services Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service on the range and throughout the golf operation, assisting with equipment handling and preparation for rounds.

You will work with the valet team, stock carts, maintain carts and equipment, assist in the Golf Shop as needed, and contribute to a seamless Discovery Land Company guest experience at this private club.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience in hospitality or golf environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and terminology is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist during their round; respond promptly to player requests.
• Assist with valet coordination and communicate member transitions between departments.
• Stock and restock golf carts with beverages, towels and amenities; ensure carts are ready for use.
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttles, club carts, and clubs; count clubs before storage or return.
• Set up and breakdown range equipment and activities; assist in the Golf Shop as needed.
• Support monthly inventory and track daily golf activity; may provide caddie services if qualified.
