Reports to: Service Operations Manager
Status : Full-time | Exempt
Supervises: Assistant Managers – FOH service and bar staff
Position Summary
Manage the day-to-day operations at Westwood Country Club’s main restaurant, bar, and seasonal pool restaurant. Maintain a cooperative, team-oriented attitude while working with supervisors, employees, cross-departmental team members, and leadership. Serve as a liaison between departments and oversee all aspects of service and bar staff. Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and first-class service, representing the professional and positive image of Westwood Country Club. This is a full-time, salaried position; however, hours will vary based on operational needs, events, and staffing requirements.

Appearance and Grooming

Physical Demands
