The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. This role requires that all beverages are prepared accurately and according to established standards while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintaining a clean, organized, and well stocked bar area.
Bar staffmust excel in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude while providing exceptional service. Must have strong communication skills and present a friendly and upbeat attitude. Be able to think through problems and/or unexpected situations; multi-task and be able to act quickly while retaining a calm, professional demeanor. Knowledgeable of drink preparation, wine service, and both food and beverage menus.Must have a good sense of time management and organization, take pride in their appearance, provide excellent drink service and presentation. Ability to anticipate guest needs.
