Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania seeks a Clubhouse Quality Director for the Estelle S. Campbell Clubhouse to lead program quality, safety, and compliance.

You will work with the Clubhouse Director to ensure high-quality programming, staff development, and ongoing improvement across BGCA standards and state regulations. You will partner on licensing visits, staff credentials, and training documentation while guiding Preschool, K-8, Teen, Sports, STEAM, and other Clubhouse programming to

Responsibilities

• Lead with integrity and uphold the values and expectations outlined in the BGCWPA DNA Code: Mission Alignment, Accountability, Attitude, Communication, and Belonging.
• Model respectful, inclusive, and professional behavior at all times, cultivating a culture of trust, collaboration, accountability, and youth-centered excellence.
• Support staff in understanding and consistently demonstrating the expectations outlined in the BGCWPA DNA Code through coaching, training, reflective supervision, and daily practice.
• Promote a positive work environment where staff feel supported, engaged, prepared, and aligned with BGCWPA’s mission and organizational culture.
• Partner closely with the Clubhouse Director to create a cohesive leadership approach and consistent expectations throughout the Clubhouse.
• Build positive and purposeful relationships with youth, families, staff, volunteers, community partners, schools, and other Clubhouse stakeholders.
• Partner with Quality Directors and other BGCWPA leaders across sites to share best practices, strengthen organizational consistency, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
