Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Verde Santa Fe Clubhouse Manager to oversee day-to-day clubhouse operations, coordinate resident services, and support HOA management. You will handle reservations, vendor access, and communications to keep facilities welcoming and well-maintained.

The role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication, and experience in hospitality or community management within an association setting. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of customer service, office administration, hospitality, community management, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for homeowners and residents visiting the clubhouse.
• Provide information regarding clubhouse policies, amenity use, programs, and events.
• Maintain clubhouse records, schedules, and correspondence.
• Coordinate facility reservations and access for meetings and events.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access and scheduling for maintenance.
