Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite Clubhouse Attendant for Tesoro Viejo in Madera, CA to support the Ranch House and community amenities. You will greet residents and guests, assist with events, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

The role requires reliability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous customer service or facilities experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open, monitor, and close the Ranch House and amenities.
• Greet and assist residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support community events and activities, including setup and breakdown.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.
• Enforce community rules and policies in a courteous and consistent manner.
• Communicate issues or maintenance needs to management staff.
