Job summary

Pacific Clinics in California seeks a Lead Clubhouse Specialist to ensure the Clubhouse is well maintained, meets member needs, and coordinates resources. You will prepare reports and coordinate with the Clubhouse Board Officers, while coaching staff to meet program expectations.

You will promote Clubhouse activities in the community, coordinate events, and work with the Team Supervisor to ensure staff performance and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with two years related experience.
• Two years supervisory experience or demonstrated lead/coordinating experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish required for some programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift lead for clubhouse operations.
• Coordinate staff coaching and training under supervision.
• Prepare reports (DBH, ADA, Grants) and coordinate resources.
• Schedule weekly staff meetings and provide program updates.
• Promote and implement Clubhouse rules and community engagement.
• Identify and schedule evening/weekend activities and donor relations.
