Job summary

F & F Realty Partners, LLC is seeking a Clubhouse Attendant to monitor the Clubhouse and amenities, ensure residents follow lease and community policies, and provide exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

You will handle opening/closing tasks, assist with rentals, log packages, and coordinate with the Recreation Director and Property Manager as needed.

Clubhouse Attendant - Job Description

Position Summary

The Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for monitoring the Clubhouse and surrounding amenities, ensuring residents follow the current lease agreement, Welcome Home Packet policies, and established community rules and procedures. This position is expected to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, welcoming, clean, and enjoyable environment for residents and guests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Observe the Clubhouse and community amenities and ensure that all applicable policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are followed.
• Consistently demonstrate professional and courteous customer service when interacting with residents, guests, vendors, and team members.
• Complete all assigned daily opening and closing tasks as outlined by the Clubhouse Manager.
• Ensure Clubhouse facilities and amenities are operational.
• Promptly notify the Clubhouse Manager of equipment issues, maintenance concerns, or supplies that need to be ordered.
• Log all packages delivered for residents accurately and maintain organized package records.
• Ensure pool rules are properly posted and monitor the pool area to confirm that established rules and regulations are being followed.
• Assist residents interested in renting the social room by gathering accurate information and directing the inquiry to the Recreation Director.
• Monitor the cleanliness and overall appearance of the Clubhouse interior and report concerns to the appropriate cleaning vendor, Clubhouse Manager, or Property Manager.
• Assist with removing debris and garbage from the Clubhouse exterior and surrounding outdoor amenity areas as needed.
• Immediately report safety hazards, property damage, maintenance concerns, or other significant issues to the supervisor or Property Manager.
• Work cooperatively with coworkers to maintain the overall quality and appearance of the building and promote positive team morale.
• Assist Leasing Office staff when requested.
• Complete assigned projects and additional duties accurately and within established time frames.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management; such as customer service call backs to residents after completed work orders and/or move-ins.

The Clubhouse Attendant is expected to:

• Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor at all times.
• Treat all residents, guests, vendors, and coworkers with courtesy and respect.
• Communicate community policies clearly and professionally.
• Remain calm and professional when addressing resident concerns or enforcing community rules.
• Refer concerns or situations requiring management involvement to the appropriate supervisor rather than escalating conflicts.
• Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects positively on the community and management team.

Position we are hiring for Sunday through Saturday from 6am - 9pm. Shifts will vary and will be scheduled based on employee availability and the operational needs of the Clubhouse. We are an equal opportunity employer.
