Job summary

Augusta Country Club in Augusta, GA offers a Manager in Training Internship for hospitality majors. You will rotate through Food & Beverage, Golf, Fitness, Tennis, Aquatics, Finance & Human Resources, and Clubhouse Operations under supervision of the Clubhouse Manager and Director of Clubhouse Operations.

You will gain hands-on experience, work on budgets, schedules, and projects, and participate in manager meetings while delivering guest service on site.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student majoring in Hospitality Management, seeking an internship.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• In-person internship at Augusta Country Club; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across departments to learn operations.
• Assist day-to-day activities across departments, including guest services and admin tasks.
• Shadow department heads to understand roles and responsibilities.
• Contribute to departmental projects and goals.
• Attend manager meetings and provide observations.
