Job summary

As part of the internship, you will rotate through key F&B departments, assist with events, dining operations, reservations, and service flow, and complete a final project and evaluation

Forest Lake Club is seeking a motivated hospitality student for a three-month Rotational Food & Beverage Internship. This hands-on position provides experience across the Club’s Events, Dining Room, and Lakeside Grille operations, giving the intern a well-rounded introduction to private club hospitality and member service.

Internship Experience

Throughout the program, the intern will work alongside Club managers and staff while developing practical skills in food and beverage operations, event management, member service, administration, and hospitality. The internship concludes with a final project and evaluation designed to demonstrate the knowledge and experience gained throughout the rotations.
