Job summary

Invited is seeking a House Maintenance professional to keep the clubhouses in excellent condition through routine upkeep and timely repairs. You will ensure a safe, aesthetically pleasing environment aligned with GM and Club Member expectations.

Day-to-day tasks include maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related areas, supporting a dynamic hospitality setting. This role requires the ability to work flexible days as club activities demand.

Qualifications

• 3 years in the general maintenance field.
• Must be able to multi-task and complete tasks/projects efficiently.
• Must be able to work any day of the week based on club needs and activities.
• Certifications in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing are a plus.
• Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, special projects, and other related areas.
