TPC Monterey at Pasadera in Monterey, CA seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the clubhouse operations with a strong focus on food and beverage, driving revenue and delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. This hands-on leadership role requires 3–10 years in related F&B operations, with at least 5 years as a manager/director in a high-volume upscale setting; a BA/BS in a related field is preferred.

Country club experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant experience in F&B operations.
• Minimum 5 years as a manager/director in a high-volume upscale F&B operation.
• BA/BS in a related field or combination of experience and education with a minimum of 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Country club experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct the planning and operation of the Food & Beverage department.
• Describe, assign and delegate responsibilities across sub-departments (restaurants, banquets, kitchens, steward, etc).
• Develop, implement and monitor schedules for restaurants and bars.
• Plan and execute a large volume of banquet functions and member events.
• Plan member dining programming to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with chef and restaurant managers on menus and offerings.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, purchase specifications, recipes, and portion controls.
• Work with Maintenance to ensure the clubhouse is well maintained.
• Lead training and development within the department to foster advancement.
• Assist General Manager with budgeting and forecast, support Catering Director in sales.
