Responsibilities

• Meet and greet homeowners.
• Assist with tours and Welcome Home paperwork.
• Participate in operations, events and activities.
• Provide administrative support including updating resident information and key cards.
• Manage mail, phone and office supplies.
• Take event reservations, collect monies, and sell tickets for clubhouse events.
• Open and close clubhouse; secure the buildings.
• Maintain a spotless appearance of the amenities.
• Assist in resident relations and customer service.
