Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival with information about facilities and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, restrooms, and event spaces.
• Monitor amenities and report maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Support event setup and breakdown and ensure equipment and supplies are arranged.
• Manage inventory of clubhouse supplies and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Enforce policies for a safe, respectful environment.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
