Job summary

Rizzetta & Company seeks a Clubhouse Manager to oversee on-site operations at the community Amenity Center in Riverview, FL. You will greet residents, coordinate room rentals and registrations, and enforce district policies.

This role requires supervisory experience, an Associate degree or equivalent, and proficient MS Office skills. You will manage supplies, incident reporting, access control, and respond to resident inquiries, coordinating with district staff and residents during meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with at least two years of related experience.
• Educational equivalency is three years of related experience if no degree.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Personal vehicle insurance with $100,000/$300,000 liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and oversee day-to-day operations of the Amenity Center.
• Monitor facility use and enforce district rules and policies.
• Manage supplies, incident reports, access cards, and reservations.
• Coordinate room rentals, program registrations, and phone inquiries.
• Report repairs or cleaning needs and obtain proposals as needed.
• Supervise amenity staff and handle hiring and scheduling.
• Communicate with district supervisors and residents in monthly meetings.
