Job summary

Habitat Company LLC in Chicago is seeking a Pool Attendant to ensure guest safety and provide excellent service during pool hours. You will monitor pool and surrounding areas, assist residents, handle inquiries, and report incidents promptly.

Previous customer service/retail experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work weekdays, nights and weekends required.
Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Monitor pool and surrounding areas during hours of operation.
Contact Habitat team members in the event of on-site emergencies.
Complete incident reports, when necessary.
Assist with resident inquiries and activities (e.g. moving tables and chairs, etc.).
Maintain quality of pool water, contacting the maintenance team if issues arise.
Report noise violations and other forms of misconduct to Community Manager.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
